3D modeling homepage

This website has not been updated since the beginning of this century. It only exists so that people who find this address in old publications can still find us. The swift pages are densely packed with dead links. No need reporting those, because we won't fix them. To contact the swift team, look at swift.cmbi.ru.nl/gv/.

The main interest of the BIOcomputing 3D modeling unit is understanding proteins. How do they work? Why do they work? Why are they the way they are? To get answers to these questions we like to collaborate with experimental scientists. It is one thing to calculate something, but is a whole other game to prove that the outcome of the calculation is correct.
