My scientific hobbies are protein structure prediction, protein function prediction, protein structure analysis. I normally do this using the program WHAT IF. Some options of this program are available as servers. If you want to see what else has been done with this program you can look at the list of articles of our group and at articles I co-authored in a previous life. I participate in the TIMBAR project, the low complexity sequence motif database project, the neutral protease project, etc. This work is all done in the 3D modelling group of the BIOcomputing unit at the EMBL.
